All Students:
The cost of the program incudes a "Student Tool Box" with no specific regard to items or value assessed to those items. Items included within the "Student Tool Box", including but not limited to, items, number of items, type of items, brand of items, etc., are subject to change without notice.
International Students:
Please note: Due to the large number of Countries banning E-Collars and Prong Collars - these specific items will not be included in any "Student Tool Box" shipped outside the USA.
We always highly recommend people bring a dog with them because there has been some sort of bond established with the dog and will help the learning process, but if you cannot bring a dog with you to the in-person requirement, the Method K9 Institute can provide you are rescue/shelter dog to work with.
We have programs scheduled all throughout 2025. Once you have completed levels 1,2 and 3, we will schedule an onboarding phone call with you, and at that time we will discuss the available program dates. Because certification programs are set up as a “work at your own pace” and you must complete the previous certification before moving on to the next level, we will not be pre-enrolling anyone.
Everyone will start with Level 1 and will not be able to move to the next certification level until the previous level is completed.
You have as long as it takes you to complete each level. The certification programs are a work “at your own pace.”
No, all videos and all testing must be completed to obtain the Level 1 certification and to move on to Level 2.
All major credit cards, Apple pay, Google pay, Cash App, etc. For payment plans it will depend on where you live as to what is available in your area. We have Klarna, Affirm, and AfterPay.
We do not offer a fully-online option for the Level 4 Master Certification. The in-person component is required.
No, the vast majority of the certification fee goes to coaching and testing.
While some content may overlap, as some concepts overlap, there are over 500+ videos in the certification courses that have not been seen anywhere else.
Of course not! The training in all 4 levels would benefit anyone with dogs in their lives, pet owner, foster, volunteer at a shelter/rescue, doggie daycare, pet sitter, etc.
No, the $250 is to re-certify you for your current level of certification.
The recertification fee ensures that your certification stays active with the Method K9 Institute. It allows you to keep your certification level status, business information available on our website, affiliate codes, continued access to the monthly live coaching, and access to additional videos added to the video libraries in the future.
